Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for visiting our Online Store Frequently Asked Questions. If your question is not answered below, US and Canada customers may call us toll-free at 866-968-4564 (866-YOU-GLO-GIRL). Other customers may call 832-632-2197.

We appreciate your business and support helping us encourage and equip women
to Love God Most and Seek Him First, giving God Priority in their lives!

Can I return unused workbooks?
We regret that we are not able to accept returned workbooks. The shipping process often damages paperback books, so they rarely arrive back in our office in like-new condition.

Can I get a discount for ordering a large volume of workbooks?
Instead of offering volume discounts, we intentionally package and price our resources modestly to help all of our customers stretch their Bible study dollars. Income from resource sales, speaking engagements, and Partner gifts goes to the professional videotaping and production of Priority Bible studies, and the remainder goes to Priority’s routine operating expenses.

Do you sell Leader Kits?
We do not package our resources into kits. However, our Leader Start-Up Set includes a Bible study workbook, the companion DVD set, and the companion PDF Leader Guide. All Leader Guides include blank and completed listening guides.

Do you offer Bible study resources in other languages?
Our Bible study resources are only in English at this time. We recognize the opportunity for ministry in other languages is great, and our desire is to have Spanish language resources some day. We continually seek the Lord’s direction and provision on such an expansion of Priority's ministry resources.

How soon will I receive my package?
Shipping time is determined by the USPS Service you select:  Priority, Parcel Post, or Media Mail. Every attempt is made to give your package to our US Postal Carrier no later than the afternoon of the next business day. Please note, it is possible that orders placed on Friday afternoon may not be picked up by the Postal Carrier until the following Monday afternoon. Also, it is not uncommon for multiple packages from the same order to be delivered to you on different days.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes.  When your order is shipped, the 22-character USPS Delivery Confirmation Number(s) will be visible in the SHIPPING INFORMATION section of your Order Detail.  Login to Shop Priority, copy the number(s) from SHIPPING STATUS. Go to USPS TRACKING at www.usps.com and enter your Delivery Confirmation Number(s).  If you have a question about your shipment, call us at 1-866-968-4564 and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Can I return a DVD or CD set?
Not if the shrink wrap has been opened.

Can you help me with the technical difficulties I’m having with my DVD?
The professional media firm that replicates our DVDs suggests trying to view the DVD on a new DVD player or computer. If you continue to have problems, please call us toll-free at 866-968-4564 (866-YOU-GLO-GIRL) or 1-832-632-2197 or email sales@priorityministries.com .

Can I buy Priority Bible studies in a bookstore?
No, at this time Priority Bible studies are sold exclusively through Priority Ministries.

What is a USB flash drive?
A USB flash drive is a small, portable USB drive that acts as a portable hard drive capable of storing large amounts of data. Flash drives can typically hold more files than CDs or DVDs, so they allow for more information to be transferred via smaller media.

How do flash drives work?
Simply plug your flash drive into the USB port on your computer or another USB-equipped device. Your computer will probably recognize a new flash drive has been inserted and ask you if you want to open the drive or run files already stored on the drive. Click the option to 'open' or 'explore' the flash drive. If your computer is running Microsoft Windows, you can also view the drive by clicking 'My Computer' from the 'Start' menu to list all your computer's drives. Look for the flash drive and double-click its icon to open it.

I am a Women’s Minister and we are using a Priority Bible Study for our fall study. Do I have to order a separate USB Leader Guide for all of my small group leaders?
No! One of the things that makes Priority Bible studies unique is that we provide PDF files instead of physical leader guides specifically so that you can share them with your team. Whether you choose to receive the Leader Guide via CD-Rom, USB or digital download (all options not available on all studies), feel free to print as many copies as you like, or simply share the electronic files with all of your small group leaders.

I ordered a USB flash drive that contains all of the audio teaching sessions for a Priority Bible Study. Can I share these files with my small group?
No. The audio teaching sessions are intended for individual use only. Treat them like you would treat a copyrighted CD. You may listen to them as a group during your small group sessions, but copyright laws prevent you from duplicating the files. Thanks!

Can I transfer mp3 audio files to my mobile device, burn them to a CD, or add them to my iTunes account?
Yes – but because technology is constantly changing, we cannot provide specific instructions on how to do so. Please refer to your device’s instructions or bake a large batch of homemade cookies for a tech-savvy family member and ask them to help you.

Can I listen to the audio files in my car?
If your vehicle has a USB port, then yes! Please refer to your vehicle’s owner’s manual.

What is the difference between the USB version of a product and the “download” version?
One is a physical product and one is a digital product, but the content is identical. When you purchase a downloadable product, you receive an email with links to download all of the files immediately. When you purchase a USB flash drive, you will receive the same identical files preloaded onto a small, portable USB drive that will be shipped to your physical address.

What should I do if my downloadable video won't play on my computer?
Your computer may have an older operating system that is causing this problem. Try playing the video in a different media player such as QuickTime or Windows Media Player (free downloads area available for both).
